General Terms & Conditions for all benefits

You must be an eligible Visa Infinite Privilege cardholder with a valid Canadian issued Visa Infinite Privilege card to take advantage of the Visa Infinite Privilege benefits and services. Certain benefits and services require enrolment. Offers and benefits are non-transferable and discounts cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Neither Visa nor the Issuer of the card is responsible for any claims or damages arising from use of any benefits or services provided by a third party. Visa reserves the right to modify or cancel offers or benefits at any time and without notice. All offers, benefits and services made available through Visa are subject to complete terms and conditions, including third party suppliers’ terms and conditions, available through the Visa Infinite Privilege Concierge at 1-855-822-1240, and as set out below. The Visa Infinite Privilege Privacy Notice applies to all benefits and services that require enrolment through, or are otherwise provided by, the Visa Infinite Privilege Concierge or the Visa Infinite Privilege website or mobile app. The collection, use and disclosure of cardholders’ personal information by third party suppliers of services and benefits to Visa Infinite Privilege cardholders are subject to such third parties’ own privacy policies.

Visa Infinite Privilege Concierge

The goods and services cardholders request or otherwise choose to obtain through the Visa Infinite Privilege Concierge Service are provided by various third party service providers unrelated to Visa. Visa does not endorse, review or qualify these service providers. Visa makes no representations or warranties (either express or implied) about, and assumes no responsibility or liability for these service providers or the goods and services that may be obtained through the Visa Infinite Privilege Concierge. Neither Visa nor the Issuer is responsible for any claims or damages arising from use of any benefits or services provided by a third party. Visa cannot guarantee the successful fulfillment of cardholders’ requests in all instances. There is no fee for the Concierge’s services, however cardholders are responsible for the cost of any goods or services (including any related fees or costs) authorized by the cardholder and purchased by the Visa Infinite Privilege Concierge on the cardholder’s behalf. All costs will be charged directly to the cardholder’s Visa Infinite Privilege card.

Global Airport Lounge Access – Visa Airport Companion Program

Cardholders with a valid Canadian issued Visa Infinite Privilege Card have access to participating lounges within the Visa Airport Companion Program (“Program”), hosted and managed by Dragonpass International Ltd. 

Cardholders must enroll for this benefit through either the Visa Airport Companion App (available to download for free) or on the Program Website using a  valid Canadian issued Visa Infinite Privilege Card. Enrollment for the Program must be completed using the Cardholders’ First and Last Name as set out on their respective Passport (or other government Issued ID used for travel within Canada), as it will be required for verification when the Cardholder is attempting to access their lounge benefits. Cardholders must be 18 years of age or older to enroll for this benefit.

Upon enrollment, six complimentary lounge visits will be available for the Cardholder per membership year; the complimentary visits can be used by the Cardholder for themselves and for their accompanying guests. All additional visits beyond the complimentary visits are subject to a fee of $32 USD (subject to change) per person per visit. Applicable lounge access charges will be billed to the Card connected to the Cardholders’ Program membership.

Membership includes access to any airport lounge participating in the Program. Once the Cardholder has enrolled in the Program, the Cardholder may use one of three ways to access their lounge benefits (subject to availability): (i) present their valid Visa Infinite Privilege Card, (ii) show their digital membership card and QR Code within the Program App or Website; (iii) present their printed or emailed e-Certificate containing the membership card and QR Code.

The Program membership will be suspended if the Visa Infinite Privilege Card is cancelled or inactive, is no longer linked to the Program membership, or if the Card is no longer part of a product participating in the Program. It is the responsibility of the Cardholder to ensure their Card details are updated within the Program if there are any changes. If Cardholder is using a printed or emailed e-Certificate as their method of lounge access, they will need to obtain a new e-Certificate if there are any changes to their Card details.  Unless suspended or cancelled, the Program membership and any included complimentary visits will automatically renew annually on the anniversary date (e.g. when the Cardholder enrolled for the Program). The Program membership may be suspended if your Visa Infinite Privilege Card is cancelled or no longer in good standing.

Enrolled Cardholders are subject to Terms and Conditions for the Global Airport Lounge Access Program and the individual lounge operators' terms of use for the participating lounges visited, available through the Program App and Website. The Program Terms and Conditions will be presented to Cardholders during enrollment and will also be sent to the Cardholder via email once enrollment is complete. 

In addition to lounge access, enrollment in the Program will also allow Cardholders to access additional benefits and offers. To view a full list of benefits and offers available for the Cardholders’ respective product, Cardholders can visit the Program App and Website for more information.

Cardholders who participate in or use any of the benefits or offers presented through the Program are subject to the relevant Terms and Conditions for the applicable benefit or offer, as outlined in the Program App and Website.

Cardholders who participate in the Program are subject to the DragonPass Terms of Use, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and Visa’s Privacy Notice. By enrolling in the Program and using the benefits and offers presented through the Program, the Cardholder acknowledges that DragonPass may share Cardholders’ Program data with Visa and/or the card Issuer in order to facilitate the Program, subject to Visa and the Issuer’s own privacy policies. The Program services and benefits are provided by DragonPass and applicable third party offer providers and neither Visa nor the Issuer is responsible for any claims or damages arising from participation in the Program. The services are provided at Toronto City Airport Terminal by its operators and suppliers; neither Visa nor the issuer of the card is responsible for any claims or damages arising from use of the Toronto City Airport Terminal services. Dedicated Priority Security Lane access is available for Visa Infinite Privilege cardholders only at all Domestic and Trans-border checkpoints. Priority Security Lanes are open during airport hours and are not subject to black-out periods.

 

Montreal-Trudeau International Airport


Dedicated VIP security fast track lane is available for Visa Infinite Privilege cardholders only at International, Domestic and Trans-border checkpoints and Valet parking discount of 10% will be applied at point of sale (POS) when paid for with a valid Visa Infinite Privilege card. Discount applies before taxes and cannot be combined with any other offer. The services are provided by Aéroports de Montréal and neither Visa nor The Issuer is responsible for any claims or damages arising from use of the Montreal Parking Authority services.

 

Vancouver International Airport


Dedicated VIP security FasTrack entrance is available for Visa Infinite Privilege cardholders only at Domestic, Trans-border and International checkpoints. Vancouver Airport Authority FasTrack entrance generally available during peak times only; hours are subject to change. Processing times cannot be guaranteed. Valet parking discount of 20% will be applied at POS when paid for with a valid Visa Infinite Privilege card. Discount applies before taxes and cannot be combined with any other offer. Dedicated Visa Infinite Privilege Limo/Taxi line is available at Domestic, Trans-border and International arrival areas. Dedicated parking spots are based on a first-come, first-serve basis. This offer is subject to Vancouver Airport Privacy Policy. Ottawa International Airport


You must be an eligible Visa Infinite Privilege cardholder with a valid Visa Infinite Privilege card to take advantage of the Visa Infinite Privilege Ottawa Airport Benefits. These benefits are subject to availability. Discounts and benefits are non-transferable. Visa reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time and without notice.

Dedicated VIP Priority Lane entrance is available for Visa Infinite Privilege cardholders at the Domestic/International checkpoint only. Processing times cannot be guaranteed. Dedicated parking spots are based on a first-come, first-serve basis. This offer is subject to Ottawa Airport Terms of Use. Visa RSVP Rewards Benefit

You must be an eligible Visa Infinite Privilege Cardholder with a valid Canadian-issued Visa Infinite Privilege Card to take advantage of the Visa RSVP Rewards Benefit (“Benefit”), provided by Northland Properties Corporation (“Northland”).  Cardholders must enroll for the RSVP Rewards program (“RSVP Rewards”) at rsvprewards.com/sign-up using their eligible Visa Infinite Privilege Card to qualify for the Benefit; existing RSVP Rewards program members who are eligible Cardholders should call 1.800.726.3626 for instructions on how to obtain the Benefit.  Once enrolled, eligible Cardholders will receive automatic Diamond Status in the RSVP Rewards program. The Visa Luxury Hotel Collection (“us”, “we” or “VLHC”) guarantees the best publicly-available rates whenever an eligible Visa cardholder (“you”) books a hotel room through us, subject to terms and conditions (the “Best Rate Guarantee”).

If you find a lower room rate on another website, please submit your rate match request here. We will match a rate if all of the following occur:

1) You submission is completed within 24 hours of making the original booking through us, and no later than 72 hours prior to original booking’s arrival date.

2) Your request for a rate-match specifies the lower rate and provides the exact link (URL) where we may confirm the lower rate.

3) Your rate match request is submitted in the same currency as your Visa Luxury Hotel Collection booking.

4) The lower rate for which you are requesting a match:

a) is at least USD 20 lower than the rate from your original Visa Luxury Hotel Collection booking.
b) is for the same hotel, has identical booking requirements (for example: room type, stay dates, length of stay, and number of guests) and has identical policies for payment and cancellation as your Visa Luxury Hotel Collection booking.
c) is available to the general public on a public-facing website, that does not require (1) registration (e.g., setting login credentials or a password), (2) paid membership or use based upon predefined user characteristics (e.g., rates intended only for employees of a particular company, members of a particular association, members of a reward or loyalty program, corporate/group rates, or military or government rates), (3) you to provide a coupon or promotional code, (4) you to contact the hotel or an agency directly.
d) does not have a “minimum night-stay” requirement, even if such requirement is met by your original Visa Luxury Hotel Collection booking.
e) is not a rate or special offer offered exclusively by booking directly with the hotel.
f) is not a pre-paid, non-cancellable, and/or non-refundable rate.
g) is not available on auction or flash sale websites like, but not limited to, Priceline or Hotwire.
h) is not a packaged rates that include the room with other travel and/or entertainment goods and services such as (but not limited to) airline tickets, car rentals, or show tickets.

We will review your request for a rate-match and respond within 48 hours.

If your rate match is approved, we will either adjust the nightly rate or a credit for the rate difference will be applied to your hotel folio at check out. We do not provide cash-backs, gift cards or reimbursements in any form directly to you.

By booking a hotel through us, you agree that (1) the Visa Luxury Hotel Collection decides, at its sole discretion, whether a rate is valid and meets the terms and conditions of the Best Rate Guarantee and (2) the Visa Luxury Hotel Collection’s decisions are final.

ROOM UPGRADE

Upon availability at check-in, you will be upgraded to the next highest room class for the duration of your stay.

LATE CHECKOUT

Late checkout is available upon request, upon availability by the hotel. At the time of check-in, or during the course of your stay, you may contact the front desk and request late checkout up to 3pm.

CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST DAILY

For the length of your stay, you and one guest will receive complimentary continental breakfast daily. If the hotel does not offer continental breakfast, they will offer another dining or other benefit of equal value.

INTERNET ACCESS

Upon check-in you will be provided with complimentary in-room internet access, if available, for the duration of your stay.

$25 FOOD/BEVERAGE VOUCHER OR CREDIT

During your hotel stay you will receive one $25 voucher at check-in good for food/beverage within the hotel or a $25 credit at check-in. Limit of one $25 credit per room, per stay. A stay is defined as consecutive nights spent at the same hotel, regardless of check-in/check-out activity. Any charges over and above the credit described above will be applied directly to your account to settle upon departure. Credit has no cash value and is not valid on room rate or third party services.

VIP GUEST STATUS

As a guest through the Visa Infinite Luxury Hotel Collection, you will be recognized within the hotel as a VIP Guest. VIP Guest services and amenities differ by property.

Purchased tickets must be cancelled more than 4 days before the event date for standard events, and 10 days before the event date for Prix FixeExperiences -otherwise purchases are non-refundable. Advertised chefs and sommeliers may change without notice. Seating requests and special dietary restrictions and allergies will be considered when requested at booking, but cannot always be accommodated. Venues are not conducive to young children. Cardholders will be informed at least seven business days prior to an event of any change, postponement or cancellation. In the event of a cancellation, Cardholders will receive a full refund. Visa Infinite Privilege Troon Golf Benefit Terms & Conditions

Privé Course Access:

An eligible Canadian issued Visa Infinite Privilege credit card is required for tee time reservations and must be used for payment.

Elevated Troon Rewards Status:

At the Platinum membership level, the cardholder will be entitled to a 20% discount on golf fees reserved on the Visa Infinite Privilege Troon website or on merchandise purchases made at the golf properties when using their Visa Infinite Privilege credit card

Canadian-issued Visa Infinite Privilege credit cardholders are entitled to receive complimentary Platinum Status in the Troon Rewards program upon enrollment into Troon Rewards via the Visa Infinite Privilege Troon website

If I currently have a Crave Premium subscription, can I redeem this offer? Will my annual subscription auto renew after the first year? Yes. Can I use the promo code towards a monthly subscription? The promo code can only be used towards an annual subscription.
