General Terms & Conditions for all benefits

You must be an eligible Visa Infinite Privilege cardholder with a valid Canadian issued Visa Infinite Privilege card to take advantage of the Visa Infinite Privilege benefits and services. Certain benefits and services require enrolment. Offers and benefits are non-transferable and discounts cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Neither Visa nor the Issuer of the card is responsible for any claims or damages arising from use of any benefits or services provided by a third party. Visa reserves the right to modify or cancel offers or benefits at any time and without notice. All offers, benefits and services made available through Visa are subject to complete terms and conditions, including third party suppliers’ terms and conditions, available through the Visa Infinite Privilege Concierge at 1-855-822-1240, and as set out below. The Visa Infinite Privilege Privacy Notice applies to all benefits and services that require enrolment through, or are otherwise provided by, the Visa Infinite Privilege Concierge or the Visa Infinite Privilege website or mobile app. The collection, use and disclosure of cardholders’ personal information by third party suppliers of services and benefits to Visa Infinite Privilege cardholders are subject to such third parties’ own privacy policies.

Visa Infinite Privilege Concierge

The goods and services cardholders request or otherwise choose to obtain through the Visa Infinite Privilege Concierge Service are provided by various third party service providers unrelated to Visa. Visa does not endorse, review or qualify these service providers. Visa makes no representations or warranties (either express or implied) about, and assumes no responsibility or liability for these service providers or the goods and services that may be obtained through the Visa Infinite Privilege Concierge. Neither Visa nor the Issuer is responsible for any claims or damages arising from use of any benefits or services provided by a third party. Visa cannot guarantee the successful fulfillment of cardholders’ requests in all instances. There is no fee for the Concierge’s services, however cardholders are responsible for the cost of any goods or services (including any related fees or costs) authorized by the cardholder and purchased by the Visa Infinite Privilege Concierge on the cardholder’s behalf. All costs will be charged directly to the cardholder’s Visa Infinite Privilege card.

Global Airport Lounge Access - Priority Pass™

Cardholders must enroll for this benefit through the Visa Infinite Privilege website or through the Visa Infinite Privilege Concierge, and must have a valid Visa Infinite Privilege card linked to their Priority Pass membership at all times. Six lounge visits are complimentary per membership year for the enrolled cardholder to use for themselves or for their guests. Membership includes access to any airport lounge participating in Priority Pass’ lounge access program. To access a lounge, cardholder must show a valid Priority Pass membership card. All additional visits beyond the complimentary visits are subject to a fee of $27 US per person per visit. Applicable lounge access charges will be billed to the Visa Infinite Privilege card connected to cardholder’s Priority Pass membership. Priority Pass membership will be cancelled if your Visa Infinite Privilege card is cancelled, or is no longer linked to your Priority Pass membership. Unless cancelled, Priority Pass membership automatically renews on its anniversary date. To view a full list of participating airport lounges, their facilities, opening times and restrictions cardholders can visit www.prioritypass.com. Enrolled cardholders are subject to Terms and Conditions for the global lounge membership program and the individual lounge operators'; terms of use for the participating lounges visited, available at www.prioritypass.com. Priority Pass’ Terms and Conditions will be sent to cardholder upon enrolment. The Airport Lounge Access services are provided by Priority Pass and neither Visa nor the Issuer is responsible for any claims or damages arising from use of the Airport Lounge services. Priority Pass FAQ’s

  1. How will my personal information provided during the enrollment process be used?

    Your information will only be used for the provision of airport lounge services (see Visa’s Privacy Notice at https://www.visa.ca/en_CA/legal/global-privacy-notice.html and Priority Pass’ privacy policy at http://www.prioritypass.com/Privacy-Policy.cfm for more details about how your personal information is stored and used). Please note that your credit card information will not be stored by Visa Canada and will only be charged by Priority Pass in the event that you surpass your 6 FREE airport lounge visits or guest charges as required.

  2. Will my credit card be charged? What are the fees?

    As a Visa Infinite Privilege cardholder, you have access to 6 free airport lounge visits per membership year. Each member and accompanying guest(s) visit applies against the free visit allowance. After the free visits have been used, a fee of $27 USD per person, per visit will be charged to your Visa Infinite Privilege credit card, as per the terms & conditions of your Visa Infinite Privilege Global Airport Lounge Access Program.   3. How long will it take for me to receive my Priority Pass Membership Kit after I provide my consent?

    Your Priority Pass Membership Kit containing your personalized Priority Pass membership card will be produced within 14 business days of the processing of your enrolment into the program and then mailed to the mailing address that you have registered on file with Visa Infinite Privilege Concierge. Although we cannot guarantee exactly when your kit will arrive, based on experience, delivery time is estimated to between 10-15 business days.

  4. How do I confirm that I have the correct mailing address on file with Visa Infinite Privilege Concierge?

    Please confirm the mailing address that you have on file with the Visa Infinite Privilege Concierge to ensure that you receive your physical membership card in an expedited manner. Your address on file can be updated by calling the Visa Infinite Privilege Concierge at 1-855-822-1240.

  5. Is the Membership Card the only way that I can access the lounges?

    While your physical membership card is your primary access into lounges, a digital membership card is also available, giving you access to the majority of our 850+ lounges with the simple scan of your mobile device. You will be required to download the Priority Pass app from the App Store (IOS, Android or Blackberry) and register on www. prioritypass.com. The digital membership card is then available for viewing in the Priority Pass app. Please note that while most lounges will be able to provide access through the digital membership card, some lounges require the physical membership card for entry; as such, it is important to always carry your physical Priority Pass membership card with you.

  6. What is your policy/fees for taking guests into a lounge?

    You can use your FREE visits for yourself and guests. Please note that each person that accesses a lounge will either count against your free visit allowance or will be subject to the per visit fee of $27 USD. (As a Visa Infinite Privilege cardholder, you have access to 6 free airport lounge passes per membership year, after which a fee of $27 USD per incremental visit will be charged to your Visa Infinite Privilege credit card, as per the terms & conditions of your Visa Infinite Privilege Global Airport Lounge Access Program.)   7. Can someone else use my card to gain access?

    No. Your membership card is only valid for the member stated on the card.

  8. Can free visits be transferred to the next membership year?

    No. The 6 free visits provided to you as a Visa Infinite Privilege cardholder are not transferable to the following membership year.

  9. What happens if my Priority Pass membership card has been lost or stolen?

    Lost, stolen or damaged Priority Pass cards are to be reported immediately to Priority Pass who will provide a replacement card. Priority Pass can be contacted at 1 800 352 2834.

Airport Benefits & Services – Montreal & Vancouver & Ottawa

Visa Infinite Privilege Airport offer is subject to availability. Discounts and benefits are non-transferable and discounts cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. The Visa Infinite Privilege Airport Benefits & Services are as follows:

  1. Montreal-Trudeau International Airport

    Dedicated VIP security fast track lane is available for Visa Infinite Privilege cardholders only at International, Domestic and Trans-border checkpoints and Valet parking discount of 10% will be applied at point of sale (POS) when paid for with a valid Visa Infinite Privilege card. Discount applies before taxes and cannot be combined with any other offer. The services are provided by Aéroports de Montréal and neither Visa nor The Issuer is responsible for any claims or damages arising from use of the Montreal Parking Authority services.

  2. Vancouver International Airport

    Dedicated VIP security FasTrack entrance is available for Visa Infinite Privilege cardholders only at Domestic, Trans-border and International checkpoints. Vancouver Airport Authority FasTrack entrance generally available during peak times only; hours are subject to change. Processing times cannot be guaranteed. Valet parking discount of 20% will be applied at POS when paid for with a valid Visa Infinite Privilege card. Discount applies before taxes and cannot be combined with any other offer. Dedicated Visa Infinite Privilege Limo/Taxi line is available at Domestic, Trans-border and International arrival areas. Dedicated parking spots are based on a first-come, first-serve basis. This offer is subject to Vancouver Airport Privacy Policy. The services are provided by Vancouver Airport Authority or its operators and suppliers neither Visa nor the Issuer is responsible for any claims or damages arising from use of the Vancouver Airport Authority services.

  3. Ottawa International Airport

    You must be an eligible Visa Infinite Privilege cardholder with a valid Visa Infinite Privilege card to take advantage of the Visa Infinite Privilege Ottawa Airport Benefits. These benefits are subject to availability. Discounts and benefits are non-transferable. Visa reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time and without notice.

    Dedicated VIP Priority Lane entrance is available for Visa Infinite Privilege cardholders at the Domestic/International checkpoint only. Processing times cannot be guaranteed. Dedicated parking spots are based on a first-come, first-serve basis. This offer is subject to Ottawa Airport Terms of Use. The services are provided by Ottawa Airport Authority or its operators and suppliers; neither Visa nor the issuer of the card is responsible for any claims or damages arising from use of the Ottawa Airport Authority services. A 20% discount off the standard parking fee is available to Visa Infinite Privilege Cardholders who pay using their Visa Infinite Privilege cards at parking booths staffed by attendants. Discount applies before taxes and cannot be combined with any other offer.

  1. BEST AVAILABLE RATE GUARANTEE

    “Best Available Rate Guarantee” means that the participating hotel will match or beat any publically available and unrestricted rate with the same payment and cancellation policies. Cardholders must make a claim by submitting the Best Available Rate Guarantee claim form found on the Collection site within 24 hours of making the booking. The matching rate must have identical booking requirements and policies for payment and cancellation, be for the same room type, stay dates/length, and number of guests, and be publically viewable and verifiable on the other website. The Best Available Rate Guarantee applies to unrestricted BAR rates and does not include rates available on auction or flash sale websites, pre-paid, non-cancellable, and/or non-refundable rates, reward program rates, corporate rates, and/or other rates not publically available, and packaged rates.

  2. ROOM UPGRADE

    Upon availability at check-in, you will be upgraded to the next highest room class for the duration of your stay.

  3. LATE CHECKOUT

    Late checkout is available upon request, upon availability by the hotel. At the time of check-in, or during the course of your stay, you may contact the front desk and request late checkout up to 3pm.

  4. CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST DAILY

    For the length of your stay, you and one guest will receive complimentary continental breakfast daily. If the hotel does not offer continental breakfast, they will offer another dining or other benefit of equal value.

  5. INTERNET ACCESS

    Upon check-in you will be provided with complimentary in-room internet access, if available, for the duration of your stay.

  6. $25 FOOD/BEVERAGE VOUCHER OR CREDIT

    During your hotel stay you will receive one $25 voucher at check-in good for food/beverage within the hotel or a $25 credit at check-in. Limit of one $25 credit per room, per stay. A stay is defined as consecutive nights spent at the same hotel, regardless of check-in/check-out activity. Any charges over and above the credit described above will be applied directly to your account to settle upon departure. Credit has no cash value and is not valid on room rate or third party services.

  7. VIP GUEST STATUS

    As a guest through the Visa Infinite Luxury Hotel Collection, you will be recognized within the hotel as a VIP Guest. VIP Guest services and amenities differ by property.

Hotel Loyalty Program Status - Fairmont Hotel Loyalty Tier Status

As of December 31, 2017, 11:59:59 pm EST, the Fairmont President’s Club elevated status benefit is no longer available for enrollment. Cardholders that have registered for this benefit on or before December 31, 2017 will receive their elevated Fairmont status until February 28th, 2018. On March 1, 2018, Fairmont will renew existing enrollees at a minimum of the Premier Status level. E-certificates will be reissued and redeemable until February 28, 2019.

You must be an eligible Visa Infinite Privilege cardholder with a valid Visa Infinite Privilege card to take advantage of the Hotel Loyalty Program Status benefit. Eligible cardholders must enrol to qualify for the automatic Premier and accelerated Platinum Fairmont President’s Club benefit. To do so, cardholders must call the Visa Infinite Privilege Concierge or visit visainfinite.ca/privilege and provide the information required for enrolment. Cardholders who enrol will receive an automatic upgrade to Fairmont President’s Club Premier Membership. Cardholders who enrol and complete five overnight stays at a Fairmont hotel or resort, paid for with their Visa Infinite Privilege card between January and December of the calendar year will qualify for Platinum membership and will receive status at the start of the next membership year (March 1st). Cardholders who meet the Platinum membership requirements before September 30th will enjoy Platinum membership for the remainder of the calendar year and into the following membership year. Cardholders must qualify each year for Platinum membership; otherwise the cardholder will maintain Premier membership (while this offer is in effect). This benefit may be discontinued at any time. Fairmont President’s Club membership is subject to the restrictions, terms and conditions of Fairmont President’s Club, which may change without notice. Visa Infinite Dining Series

Offers are available to Visa Infinite and Visa Infinite Privilege cardholders only. Limit of 6 tickets per cardholder, and tickets are subject to availability. Call 1-888-711-9399 for tickets, which may be refunded, at the cardholder’s request, up to 4 days before the event date. Cancellations made less than 4 days prior to the event date are non-refundable. Events may be modified or cancelled, by Visa, in whole or in part at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability to any person. Advertised chefs and sommeliers may change without notice. Seating requests and special dietary restrictions and allergies will be considered when requested at booking, but cannot always be accommodated. Please drink responsibly. Visa Infinite Wine Country Program - Canada

Eligible Visa Infinite and Visa Infinite Privilege cardholders must be legal drinking age to participate in this benefit. Reservations are mandatory for the wineries that are flagged by a star [*] on visainfinite.ca. Please contact the winery directly for reservations, hours of operation, blackout dates and other details. Tours, tastings, selection of merchandise, including wine, may be subject to availability. Eligible Visa Infinite and Visa Infinite Privilege must be presented at winery and used for any program-related purchases. Wine experiences may be modified or cancelled, by Visa or wineries, in whole or in part at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability to any person. Please drink responsibly.
